Poetry is the language of souls. Since I was a child my mind was spinning lyrical songs about the leaves, the flowers, the way dust dances on golden rays of light. I live in the magical Valley of the Moon, Ojai, California. I am enchanted by the midnight sky. I wake with dusk and rest with the sunrise. Water is another home. Animals some of my closest friends. I left pieces of my soul in Kenya, Australia, and England. I yearn to feel all forms of love and to give love at every possible. I studied Creative Writing & Literature at Liverpool John Moores University and Loyola Marymount University. Words have the power to inspire incredible growth. I am drawn to rich description and words that awaken all of our hearts. I offer distance Creative Writing workshops for all ages. It is a beautiful way to discover and hone your voice, and have the soft guiding hand of a fellow creator. My latest collection of poetry that is soon to be published is entitled, Untamed. It is an exploration of the masculine and feminine through words and art from Sea By Land.
